Hatha Yoga, Power of Yoga Flows and seasonal Yoga

New to yoga? Experienced practitioner? Somewhere in between? You are in the perfect place. Welcome!

You don't need to be 25, supple, a size 6 and to eat tofu to follow my yoga classes! It suits any body shape or life stage – kids, teens, pregnancy, middle and advanced years.

My Yoga for “harmony in motion”

My teaching method is inspired by the eight principles of Hatha Yoga (Yoga Sutra), including the energy of Nadis (meridians of the Chinese Tao) and Chakras. The main path is fluidity and functional use of movement, mainly through the alignment and mobility of the spine, based on TriYoga  (Kali Ray´s method) and Yoga Flows.

Seasonal Yoga

Seasonal yoga follows the rhythm of the seasons will help you to explore ways to bring the Wheel of the Year, and an awareness of the changing seasons, into your yoga practice, and into your life, to enrich both. The "Seasons of Yoga" training will take you on a journey around the year, where you will find seasonal yoga practices, meditations, relaxations and inspiration.

What is Yoga?......The perfect antidote for the modern world

Yoga combines mind (focus and attention), energy (life-force cultivation through breathing practices) and body (movement and postures). There is a magical quality that makes yoga different from Western ‘workouts'; yoga gives you true fitness and brings inner-strength, clarity and calm.

Yin and Yang

Combine the assertive strength of yang
With the heart of compassionate yin.
In this valley of possibilities,
Live your life like a river,
Strong and true,
Renewing your spirit
With the power of nature,
The wisdom of Tao.
Tao 28
In the beginning was the Tao
Which gave rise to yin and yang,
Sunlight and Shadow,
And the energy
Of all existence.
Yet beneath the dance of life,
The Tao is always one,
Mother of ten thousand things,
Source of all creation.
