Who should join Pilates

People of all ages are and sports levels are welcome to join Pilates and Yoga classes or Personal Training.

You will see results in many aspects of your life including: stress relief; increase in muscle mass, alignment improvements, pain relief and overall health. Pilates offers relief for low back pain sufferers, but is challenging enough for top athletes including all sports from amateur level to athletic performers.

Pilates focuses on the core (deep) abdominal muscles that stabilize the torso.
